I’d the older version of this skillet. It had been half the purchase price but only was included with one skillet. I loved it. The nonstick covering was practically indestructible. I employed metal utensils inside constantly and in no way got so much as the scratch. Well, I grew to become so assured in the potency of the coating that i used the steak blade to reduce a steak by 50 percent while it was in the actual pan to determine if it was done. It had not been knife proof. I guess I could have simply ordered a replacement pan coming from Zojirushi, but I chose to buy this particular EP-RAC50 rather. It’s better than the old one had been. It’s a little bigger, a tiny nicer seeking. But I really like having both pans. I can easily brown meat for spaghetti inside the grill skillet, and next boil noodles inside the other. I don’t make use of the range top anymore. You do not have to worry about pans being dedicated to the burner or perhaps sitting toned. Plus you have much a lot more precise control within the temperature. It heats very evenly and the thermostat is apparently very correct. I also like the truth that the nonstick coating is not Teflon, which is carcinogenic. And it’s far more durable than Teflon. I don’t need to use oil or butter simply because nothing sticks. Except one tiny thing, It cooks somewhat bit slow (over fifty minutes), but for the good taste of rice , it is worth wait !

This review is from Zojirushi BB-CEC20 :Just purchased this machine and that i am fond of it…so far. I’ve used it 4 times. I particularly love that I cannot only create bread but other foods conjointly. I’ve created bread and i have tried the jam recipe, it came out great. i’m looking forward to making an attempt cake, meatloaf and bitter dough together with additional recipes included within the book.
Now for the machanics of it. while it is rather giant and alittle significant i might counsel finding a place to use it and leave it instead of moving it around on every occasion you want to bake. i love the duel metal paddles and the loaf form pan. Another feature i really like is that the manner the pan loads into the machine, (no rubber gaskets anywhere). really easy Zojirushi BB-CEC20 to lock into place and to remove. My old machine had a tube form pan with a rubber gasket on the lowest outside which forever stuck to the pan and was troublesome to remove from the machine. The old machine had only one plastic paddle which I had to switch many times as a result of it’d break or strip out. Clean-up wasn’t quick either. This machine’s pan and paddles are non stick, clean-up is a breeze. directions are straightforward to follow and all the buttons are clearly marked.
I’ve rated it 5 star and at now i might recommend this machine. but once more I’ve only used it 4 times up to now.
