Huh??? How come back it is referenced on page 21 in my user’s guide? Even my previous analog sets show program data. The fast-talking, mostly unintelligible service rep acted like this was a superbly plausible clarification even though I purchased each TVs at constant time. His perspective was “just alter it.” Fortunately, Amazon has come back to the rescue and is doing what Vizio should have done –replacing the TV with another one. i used to be able to speak to an Amazon service rep immediately who has already shipped out the replacement TV these days. I will solely hope i do not have to any extent further hassle with these sets because I now understand that Vizio are going to be of little facilitate. No service when the sale with Vizio.
