Cons: I sent the first machine back as a result of it over-baked the loaves. The replacement machine isn’t any better. I find that to avoid the problem, I actually have to remove the bread 15 minutes before the tip of the cycle. This problem isn’t helped by the fact that many of the bread cycles don’t let you select crust darkness (Dark, Medium, Light). A minor annoyance is that the incontrovertible fact that the pan handle has no detent to hold it out of the means when removing a loaf. As a result it blocks the loaf once you attempt to take away it.
